'Hear, O Israel' — daily recitation as orientation of attention and identity.

Stop. From sundown to sundown, do not create. The week's most radical practice.

Tracing the tree of divine attributes — chesed, gevurah, tiferet — through self and world.

Contracting self to make space for another — the divine gesture, practiced personally.

Clinging — sustained inner adhesion to the divine, underneath all activity.

Wordless devotional melody — sung alone or with a Hasidic table, again and again.

Repair of the world — concrete acts of mending as the practice's outward face.

Ritual immersion in living waters before sabbath or threshold moments.

Sustained connection with a teacher whose presence carries lineage and counsel.

Otiot — contemplation of the Hebrew letters as living forms of divine speech.

The liturgical year — Pesach, Shavuot, Sukkot, the High Holidays — as a curriculum.
